Closest Airports

Santa Barbara (Closest)

Santa Barbara Airport is the closest option (a little over an hour drive to Ojai). However, flights there will likely cost more since it’s a smaller airport.

LAX (cheapest)

Los Angeles International Airport or LAX is the cheaper option of the two but driving from there will take longer. It’s 2 hours from LAX to Ojai (roughly an extra hour compared to Santa Barbara). If you want to beat LA’s notorious traffic we recommend you try to get an early flight. The sweet spot would be arriving between 9am and noon, catching a cab or picking up your rental car and hitting the road.
